Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5pm ET, on weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking when it ships.

We currently ship to the United States only. Sorry! International will be coming soon.
Rates and delivery times
For our launch week, all orders ship free — no minimum required! Free shipping on all orders ends at midnight ET on 8/30. After that, free shipping applies to orders over $80, with paid options available below that threshold.
At checkout, you can choose from four USPS shipping options:

Rates are calculated based on your address and shown at checkout.
*Delivery estimates start from the day your order is dispatched (1–2 business days after you order), not from when you place it. Estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
Tracking
Tracking is included on every order. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to show movement after you get the email — that's normal.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If tracking hasn't moved in 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@girlsgotrange.com with your order number and we'll look into it and follow up with you.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors and around your property first — packages are sometimes misdelivered or scanned early. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, email us at support@girlsgotrange.com and we'll send a replacement as a one-time courtesy. For any repeat cases on the same address, we may ask you to file a claim directly with USPS.
Wrong address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout — we're not able to redirect a package once it's shipped. If you spot a mistake, email us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we're happy to reship it — return shipping and reshipping costs will apply.
